DO NOT invest in any companies controlled by Weiland. He has ripped-off many people and hundreds of thousands of hard earned dollars from mum and dad investors.
His current company Foresense is just another iteration of his former scam outfits named below.
Firstly, see
Richard Walker. Then check Jacques Blandin's numerous citations:

Please read these two links for a more detailed look at these crooks.
And the man behind the clever listings and shifting share values is
Richard Walker, who specialises in overseas market floats and
listings.
This company seems to have morphed from a number of earlier companies,
or has had the same director(s) and supposedly operated in the same
field, data technology.
Apparent predecessors or associated companies are Vistime, Firmware
Technologies, Buzd Pty Ltd, and now Foresense Technologies Ltd.
These companies, whilst operating in Australia, are chiefly registered in the UK - out of reach for Aussie investors.
Here's one extract from an email we received from an investor who has
been unable to contact Weiland, Blandin or Walker in efforts to have
his original investment of $100,000 refunded: There's a second complaint detailed below this one.
Complaint 1:
Hello, did
you receive my information and did it help you? I would like to help as many
people I know invested in to these companies and lost everything. I just would
like it not to happen to others. My motivation is to stop these people from ripping of
others. My family and friends have lost thousands to these people.Thank
you.
"So
far from what I can make out Glenn Weiland, Richard Walker and Jacques Blandin
set up a company called Vistime Technologies quite a few years ago. We were
prodded to invest in the company by friends at the time, who themselves have put
thousands of dollars into the company and in doing so have also
coerced many other of their friends to also "invest" into this
venture. I am not sure if Richard Walker was even at the early stage with
Vistime.
Last
year I found to my surprise that we were listed as shareholders in a
company that seems to be dormant called Switchcubes Ltd, listed in the UK
in the Company of registers. It also states that Jacques has left the
company and Glenn and Richard are the remaining directors. What
pisses me off the most is we purchased original shares at US$2.00 per share
only to find out they are listed at Switchcubes at UK10p. And guess who
owns the majority of the funds? Yep, I can see it now they have renamed the
company and lowered the share rating for us investors and put the remaining
value into their own pockets. I mean let's put this in perspective, where
on earth DID they get the money from to have such an enormously high
majority of funds? Particularly when they have faced so many problems?"
Complaint 2: (These are replies to questions we asked following the first contact from the victims. Names only have been redacted)
First contact from victim: "Good
morning, I saw online there is an investigation against
switchcubes. We have also been ripped off by these people. First
investment was made into the company games on demand which changed to visink
and switchcubes and all other names in between."
"Good morning , we would
like you to see what you an do for us on this matter. We have tried to
contact them via phone and their new company called foresense on Facebook with
no contact back from them for years it has been rather frustrating. The money was
invested in 2004 when it was Games on Demand and $30,000 was invested."
"Yes we have all the
documents. I will gather them after work. On a personal note Xxxxx has been
fighting cancer and was in palliative care last year 4 times and they knew it.
We tried getting in contact and they blocked us from ringing them. Xxxxxx is on
the other side of that now and surfing again but angry at the money loss and no
contact from them. They swept him under the carpet. I do know he is number 26
on the investor's list. Regards"
"We
don't have the investors
list but Xxxxx's sister and father has also been ripped off from
them for
af ew thousand each. His father passed away a couple of years ago. We
have been
in touch with Ian Thompson (Thompson owned the shelf company that
Walker was to list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange!) and he's been
giving us the run around as well. We
even mentioned you a few months ago and he said not to get in touch
with you.
Which sounds suspicious. Have a great day. Will forward docs when
I get
home." Wikifrauds now has these documents in hand.
The company (Switchcubes) indeed appears to be dormant. Checking the
Companies House (London) database
shows that Walker and Weiland are both current directors, and that
Switchcubes has some 12.6 million Pounds sterling in the bank,
A$ 22.78 million, describesd as "Cash on hand" in a dormant company.
So why can't investors in the original company get any money back, and
what are Weilland, Blandin and Walker doing with all that cash?
Investors are stuck with no responses and worthless shares in a dormant
company.Another coup for the immoral Richard Walker.
