Richard James Walker is a
liar for sale, and a perjurer in court. We have evidence of his perjury
on hand. Mr Walker knows who we are and who our lawyers are, and we
would welcome him bringing an action against us at any time if he
wishes to dispute this allegation.
Indeed, we really hope he does bring
such an action, so that we can defend this allegation and produce our
evidence in open court.
UPDATE: Sep 18, 2013. Walker
has been trying to have our lawyer convince us that this page be taken
down. So we have decided to add some further facts to clarify our
publication.
Walker approached the writer over twelve months ago wanting to
provide information about a particular company, Astra Resources PLC., formerly Astra Mining of South Australia.
The writer met with Walker who then gave an account of what he knew.
Walker then met with the writer and Kate McClymont from the Sydney Morning Herald two days later and repeated his information. Ms McClymont recorded this conversation with Walker's permission.
When the subject company sought injunctive relief against us,
Walker refused to support our claims, and in fact submitted his own
affidavit denying most of what he had disclosed to Ms McClymont and the
writer.
Meantime, over in America, Walker provided an affidavit against
the applicant company and in support of another company seeking action
against the applicant. This affidavit, and we have a copy of it, is at
complete odds with the affidavit provided in support of the company.
The court in Australia hearing our case decided, on the balance
of convenience, and largely weighted by Walker's untruthful affidavit,
that the applicant be granted the injunction sought.
A long battle in the court ensued and we were injuncted from mentioning the company concerned.
In May this year, Walker had a change of heart and contacted our
lawyers. He then voluntarily submitted a further but this time
truthful affidavit on the understanding that we remove the material on our website about him, which we agreed to and did remove.
At Walker's request, and supposedly because he had been
intimidated by some stand-over men (Walker alleged it was led by Mick Gatto) to recant his new affidavit, Walker
asked us through our lawyers, to arrange for him to meet with the
Australian Federal Police. The writer personally facilitated this
meeting which took place at AFP headquarters in Sydney.
Subsequent
to this, Walker again changed his mind and submitted
yet another affidavit again supporting the Astra Resources in this matter. We
understand that he accepted money from the applicant to do so.
In doing so, Walker broke an unwritten understanding with us to remove the webpage, and so we have re-published.
Walker's continuing vaccilation on this subject has cost us well
over $100,000 in legal fees thus far, and prevented us publishing
information about the applicant company.
VINDICATION OF WIKIFRAUDS CLAIMS: It is now a matter of record
that Astra Resources were found guilty of illegal fund raising, which
was our assertion in the first place, and that THE THREE directors,
Jaydeep Biswas, Silvana Di Cianni and Barrie Meerkin were banned from being company directors
until 2028. Astra were ordered to repay millions to conned
shareholders, however the company seems to have secaped this order as
it was registered in the UK and the Australian court had no
jurisdiction in the matter. Walker's arranged structure saved the
company millions but cost investors all their money. Read this article

Some few years ago, Walker pleaded with us to remove this page. We were in no hurry
to do so, our readership and the public at large have a right to know
what this slippery man's track record is. His prevarication and willingness to
run the perjury gauntlet in court is well deserving of this exposure.
This fickle man runs with the hares and hunts with the hounds, and will
jump ship
anytime depending on his view as to who the winners may be.
Walker appears to have considerable expertise in having dubious
pie-in-the-sky companies with a shortage of capital registered as UK
companies in London and then listed on the very slack Frankfurt Stock
Exchange at vastly exaggerated capital value. He picks up not only
handsome fees for service, but shares in these almost phantom companies
which for all intents and purposes are Australian operations.
March 2021: We have been contacted by a "mum and dad" investor who put up $100,000 for shares in Vistime, and have been trying for years to get their money back. They have been unable to find or contact any of the directors, Glenn Weiland, Jacques Blandin and Richard Walker.
All attempted contact by email have never been returned. They ae not
alone. We will shortly publish a shareholders list which indeed is in

The common theme here is that all of the companies listed below
followed the same trail - registering in London and listing in
Frankfurt - all orchestrated by Richard Walker. And there is one other
rather large company which was run on the same DNA of Walker's - Astra
Resources PLC, formerly Astra Mining of Adelaide fame. All ended in
distaster for investors who have lost millions in these outfits. More to

Walker is now Straegy and M&A Manager with AMP. One suspects that
AMP have not undertaken due diligence on Walker before appointing him.
What we find appalling is that Walker brags about his succees with some
of these companies on his Linkedin page! He'd be better off hiding these associations.
