Wikifrauds has received a complaint concerning what appears to be a
blatant matter of this gymnasium continuing to take a member's money
well after a cancellation of membership was properly requested. We have
on hand all the correct documentation, a trail of emails from the
member to Plus Fitness and a timeline narrative of phone
conversations between the member and Plus Fitness staff.
We contacted Plus Fitness and requested that they refund the member for
the further charges, and we achieved nothing. This unconscionable
conduct by the staff at the Warragamba Gym is not acceptable. Current
and potential new members are hereby warned that it is our opinion
that this business ought to be avoided.
We hereby again request that the member concerned be refunded in full
without delay. Failing to do so will result in us publishing all the
documentation, emails, and records of phone discussions for all to
read.
