Phillip Capital
                                                                                                                      Formerly Octa Phillip Securities Limited.

This company has allowed hundreds of thousands of dollars, no - millions of dollars, to be syphonned off from investors by two (at least) employees who directed share investment money into private accounts, and hence the investment company did not receive those investments in share capital.
It is alleged, and backed up by several statements by a number of victims, that Nicholas Perez-Matthews (now Nicholas Boyd-Matthews) stole millions of dollars of their investments in the then known 2UP Gaming, now Heurston Group. It is alleged that the swindle was aided and abbetted by other Phillip Capital staff, namely Justin Betteridge who claimed to work for them, and a Mark O'Brien, then Portfolio Manager at Octa Phillip Securities Limited. In some cases, investors were fooled into paying money into an account named "X2UP", held by an ANZ bank in Tasmania. (We know who owns this dubious account and are working with authorities to have the ownership disclosed.)

Complaints to Phillip Capital about their Head of Global Markets, Nicholas Perez-Matthews, have thus far been met with a "not our problem" type of response. So what went wrong with Phillip Capital's procedures that enabled Pereza-Matthews to get the shareholders funds remitted to his own account? The money should have gone to 2UP Gaming (now Heurston Group), but we are informed that Pereza-Matthews and Justin Betteridge directed that it go to a bank account privately controlled by them.

Sometimes interested and angered investors send us some stuff right off "the back of the truck" so to speak.
Here's just some statements from just a few such people who name the scumbags and their bank account details:

So much for Phillip Capital's good governance and so-called compliance department. They have a lot to answer for, and they must do so or perhaps lose their Australian Financial Services Licence. Either way, the matter should be investigated by ASIC and the Australian Stock Exchange, and probably the responsible Police Fraud Squad. Further, why was Pereza-Matthews (below) even allowed to be employed by Phillip Capital when he had NO AUSTRALIAN FINANCIAL SERVICES LICENCE. In fact, he was de-registered by the UK authorites before blighting Australian shores! He's a thief first class, and so is Betteridge.

Further, we know of one such victim who has already served Phillip capital with a Writ and Statement of Claim amounting to a very substantial sum of money. It is our understanding that this matter is due to be heard in the Victorian County Court, Commercial Division, General List, on Monday October 22, 2018. (No CI-18-01025)

Nicholas Boyd-Matthews, formerly Nicholas Pereza-Matthews, reported to be running around in an extremely expensive Aston Martin, paid for with other people's money.
Now if Phillip Capital wish to persue us for Injurious Falsehood in the Federal Court, then they better be aware that we do have the evidence to back up this story. We do not just make accusations without substantive proof.
