Information has come to Wikifrauds concerning the possible fraudulent activities of Patrick Thomas, formerly of South Africa but now residing in Brussels, Belgium, and a mysterious "Dr" Edward Garner of London, UK. Evidence we have so far indicate that the two may be involved in one of the now famous "Nigerian 419 scams" of a significant level.
