Grey on the 15th of November
I have emailed about this already with no response from
you. I also noticed today it has a large tear in it.
My dog comes in the car with me every day and this cover is
clearly not fit for purpose if it has only lasted 3 months, to say I am
disappointed is an understatement
Please reply to this email as soon as possible with a
satisfactory solution

30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.
It is obvious that the Aussie Dog Shop (https://aussiedoggies.shop/pages/about-us) does not care about their customers and has no regard to consumer law - Goods shall be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose".
Furthermore, the very same product can be
purchased on-line from Alibaba for a mere $6.00USD so how much markup
has been added by this shonky outfit! Shame - when does a markup become

The customer has a clear right under law to be refunded in full.
So, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!
