Andrew Bryce, Melbourne Australia
August 7, 2018
It is with great personal sadness
that I advise of the recent passing of Andrew "Andy" Bryce, my
solicitor, wise counsel, and close friend. Andy has been at my side and
fought many battles with me to bring criminals to justice and to
prevent many people from financial harm by professional conmen far and
wide, both domestically here in Australia, and elsewhere overseas.
Andy acted both as my handbrake and accelerator pedal when needed, and
his sage advice and advocacy has stood us well both in and out of
various courts.
After a long battle, Andy
recently succumbed to Leukaemia. He leaves a wife and two very young
children behind. All of my colleagues and friends who knew Andy are
deeply saddened by his passing.
His selfless, generous and steadfast aid and assistance to me, and I'm
sure to many of his friends, will not be forgotten. He was always
willing to listen and advise, whether it be on a professional or
personal level, and he will be greatly missed by all of us.
